"Incredibly infectious, feel-good summer vibes for the wintertime!" - Lack Of Afro
"Beautiful! Loved her previous work, but this is even better. Great to hear her go for that crossover sound and really pull it off. Love this and will definitely be supporting this on the show BIG time." - Craig Charles (Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show on BBC 6 Music)
"Gizelle Smith has THE voice! Great stuff- will definitely play on the show" - Andrew Jarvis (Ubiquity)
"Love the new Gizelle Smith cut! Even without her Mighty Mocambos, Miss Smith busts out a positive and uplifting piece of contemporary soul music! The man TM Juke adds a little more raw funk and trademark guitar to the soul stew beautifully too. 10/10" - Dom Servini (Wah Wah 45s / Shook / Echoes).
"Gizelle Smith serves up some gorgeous Sunshine-soul underpinned with tough, club-friendly drums. This is going straight in my box for the U.S tour!" - Lance Ferguson (The Bamboos / Lanu)
"A side is a very nice new funk tune that lifts when the keys play, this tune grows with each play. The flip i a porn funk jam style tune with "get up" chant. Another nice 45 release from Record Kicks that will be collectable in a few years down the line" - Smoove (Jalapeno / Wack Records)
"Gizelle Smith è spettacolare, un soul saltellante e edificante che la prossima settimana entra nella playlist di Popcorner!" - Francesco Adinolfi (Popcorner on Radio 2 Rai)
"A playful slice of upbeat soul from one of the most interesting artists in the contemporary groove scene!" - Diesler (Tru thoughts / Freestyle)
"So sweet and soulful for that feel good factor. Great vocals too, nicely done!" - Phil Levine (Eclectic Jazz)
"Need to check this Gizelle Smith 7 inch....original Soul Funk style....nice done!" - Michael Ruetten (Soulsearching / Compost)
"Loving both tracks - drums on the TM Juke remix are HEAVY!" - Flevans (Tru Thoughts)
"Excellent groover from the Hamburg crowd. Deep Soul with a Boogie twist. They deserve International acknowledgment - right now!" - Oliver Korthals (Mojo Club)
"Perfect funk-pop tune, but if "pop" were always that good, the world would be a better place - gotta put this little gem in my next compilation!" - Florian Keller (Party Keller)
